Group Selection – combines group and individual exercises, behaviour profiling and a one to one interview. The Group Selection day is a day session which allows you to show your full potential through out the individual exercises.

Search and Select - is a one to one interview with the client allowing you to demonstrate your skills and personality in an interview process combined with a behaviour profiling.

Behaviour profiling - this is a full report that highlights the behavioural and characteristics of the individual within the work place.
